CMHC Mortgage Plus Improvement Seminar
Just a quick note to remind you about the CMHC Mortgage Plus Improvement Seminar at our office next Thursday November 18th at 7 PM at our Prudential Properties Plus offices, 1052 Kingston Road at the NW corner of Victoria Park and Kingston Road.
We will be discussing a great program that CMHC has to offer. It is not a very well known program but it is a great program. This little known program and well kept secret can truly make your dreams come true. You see, you can buy a home with as little as 5 % down, do all the renovations you want and have all the costs added to your mortgage. The benefits? Well, you get to do all your renovations right away before you actually move in. The other advantage is that you get to pay for them with the same mortgage rate and terms that you are getting for your mortgage,which means you will be paying for it spread out over the life of your mortgage. Another bonus, CMHC will pay the contractor, once they make sure your renovations were done to code.
