Youll see pictures and detailed descriptions of the best comparable properties that are currently on the market, those that were sold, and those that failed to sell. With this information, youll be in a position to make the wisest decision regarding price and terms. Helping you arrive at an accurate estimate of value for your home is one of my prime tasks. It is very important that the price you set reflects the true value of your home under current market conditions. Ill also include a net sheet that details the anticipated, itemized cost of sale for your home. I routinely update the market analysis during the course of our relationship with you.5. I will pick you up at the airport and do all I can to make your move as easy and satisfying as possible. Toronto is a great place to live! For Sellers moving to other cities, we can guide the transition into your new community. If you need real estate services, we know what to look for and how to determine the quality of these services. We will make the personal calls to Realtors, interview them, and pass only the most qualified resources on to you. We can also help you arrange for transportation from the airport in your new community to local accommodations.
