1. “How do I choose the right real estate agent?”

The right real estate agent will help you fulfill those needs. At the same time you will want someone who can make you feel at ease with the whole process, someone you can work with comfortably as well as trust completely and whose expertise can guide you successfully through the whole process. The following are some of the services I provide to my Vendors.

I take time to understand your needs and the time you are most comfortable with to complete the whole process. During the course of our discussions, we will identify all your needs so that I can most effectively assist you with them.

My marketing plans have met the test of time and served many satisfied home sellers. At the conclusion of my presentation most, if not all, of your questions are answered regarding what you can expect from me during the marketing/selling of your home. I will show you in detail how your home should be presented and how we will communicate your home’s advantages to prospective buyers.

I present a carefully prepared market analysis of your property. You’ll see pictures and detailed descriptions of the best comparable properties that are currently on the market, those that were sold, and those that failed to sell. With this information, you’ll be in a position to make the wisest decision regarding price and terms. Helping you arrive at an accurate estimate of value for your home is one of my prime tasks. It is very important that the price you set reflects the true value of your home under current market conditions. I’ll also include a “net sheet” that details the anticipated, itemized cost of sale for your home. I routinely update the market analysis during the course of our relationship with you.

I’ll counsel you on how to best present your property to obtain “topmarket dollar” from potential buyers. This will vary from minor fixing-up to arranging or re-arranging furnishings in order to give your home the best “look” for the buying public. You may save a significant amount of energy and money by calling us before preparing your home for sale. I help vendors make the wisest and most economical market "preparation” choices.

I will advertise your property in the Real Estate News, a local daily, like The Toronto Star and The Toronto Sun and on the Internet.

I will do open houses with your permission for touring agents as well as the public on a regular basis.

I am present when an offer surfaces. I have been employed to give counsel, but I am also there to provide emotional support in at time when you may need it. NOTE: Unless I am the listing   agent, I cannot provide the services described above!

We will make the personal calls to Realtors®, interview them, and pass only the most qualified resources on to you. We can also help you arrange for transportation from the airport in your new community to local accommodations.
