Staging and Feng Shui for Real Estate

Over the last few years I have been hosting seminars for my clients at our offices on Kingston Road and Victoria Park. Most of the seminars so far have been on subjects such as real estate investing, fire code retrofit and or covering CMHC programs, such as Mortgage Plus Improvements as well as many others.

In the last few months a number of my clients have asked me to host a seminar on something useful but maybe a little more "fun", and subjects such as Staging a home and Feng Shui for homes were mentioned. So, I chose to act on it and invited two experts on their particular fields to share their expertise with us at our next seminar. I am happy to announce that I will be hosting this seminar on Staging and Feng Shui for real estate the 3rd of October at our offices, I hope you will be able to attend.

She will be presenting her talk Staging Powerful Return on Investment! Sandra will focus on talking about staging as a powerful marketing tool designed to prepare your property for market and engage the desire of buyers to connect with that property and move to purchase it

Our second speaker will be Tila Silverio, Feng Shui Expert and Motivational Speaker
She will be presenting her talk Feng Shui, key to well balance life! Tila will focus on talking about Fen Shui for increasing the value of your home and for improving your existing home image and for increasing the quality of your life while living in your home.
